These Gigz Resident Terms apply to residents who apply for, accept, complete, or earn money through 260Local Gigz.

By participating in Gigz, you agree to these Terms.

260Local Gigz is a resident participation program.

Gigz may allow approved residents to complete simple tasks that support local businesses, 260Local content, community campaigns, or local awareness projects.

Tasks may include sharing approved content, watching videos, commenting on posts, verifying business information, submitting screenshots, answering questions, completing local engagement actions, and supporting Community Enrichment Projects.

To participate, you may need to live in or near the 260 area code, be legally allowed to work or earn money, provide accurate application information, have internet access, follow task instructions, use real accounts, submit valid proof, meet age requirements, and have parent or guardian permission if required.

260Local may approve, reject, pause, or remove residents at its discretion.

260Local may review applications to protect the program. We may consider location, account history, social media profile activity, duplicate accounts, fraud risk, ability to follow instructions, prior task quality, and program needs.

Approval is not guaranteed.

Gigz residents are not employees of 260Local.

Participation does not create an employment relationship, partnership, franchise, or agency relationship.

Residents are independent participants responsible for their own device, internet access, schedule, taxes, and legal obligations.

Each Gigz task may include specific instructions. You must follow the instructions exactly.

A task may be rejected if it is incomplete, late, false, poor quality, not verifiable, submitted with fake proof, done using a fake account, done with bots or automation, against the task instructions, or against third-party platform rules.

Gigz is built around real local participation.

You may not use fake accounts, use bots, buy engagement, submit fake screenshots, pretend to complete a task, misrepresent your location, create duplicate accounts, manipulate payout records, harass businesses or users, post false claims, leave dishonest reviews, or violate social media platform rules.

Some tasks may involve paid promotion, sharing sponsored content, or supporting a business campaign. When required, you must clearly disclose your connection.

Examples may include "Paid task through 260Local," "Sponsored," "Ad," "Paid local promotion," or "Courtesy of 260Local."

260Local may provide the exact disclosure language for a task. You must not hide, remove, or weaken required disclosures.

Do not post a review unless it reflects your real, honest experience.

You may not post fake reviews, claim to be a customer if you are not a customer, or say you used a product or service if you did not.

260Local may require proof before approving a task. Proof may include screenshots, links, short answers, timestamps, account names, confirmation forms, or other verification details.

Submitting proof does not guarantee approval or payment.

Payout amounts may vary by task, campaign, business, budget, location, or program rules.

260Local may set minimum payout thresholds.

Payouts may be delayed, denied, reversed, or adjusted if a task violates these Terms or cannot be verified.

You are responsible for any taxes related to money earned through Gigz.

260Local may request tax information if required by law or payment providers.

260Local does not provide tax advice.

260Local may change, pause, limit, or end Gigz at any time.

Tasks may become unavailable without notice. Approval for one task does not guarantee future tasks.

260Local may remove a resident from Gigz for fraud, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, poor task quality, false information, harassment, abuse, payment manipulation, repeated rejected tasks, violation of these Terms, or risk to businesses, users, or 260Local.

Gigz does not guarantee income. Task availability, approval, payout amount, and earnings may vary.
